Academic Knowledge

Work from home

According to the Guardian (2010), many Anthropology graduates gain employment in fields where their unique understanding of humans and cultural awareness is valued, but as many as 20% end up in clerical jobs, where they perhaps do not get to exercise the knowledge learnt at university.

If you are looking for extra cash, or jobs in Anthropology, and miss the intellectual challenge of university, Academic Knowledge has freelance research jobs in your field.

We require all our researchers to have a recognised university degree to at least a 2:1 level. The reality is that many of our researchers are qualified at Masters level and above, and have extensive experience of working within the Anthropological industry. We welcome new researchers with degrees in visual or medical anthropology, as well as those with similar degrees such as counselling or health and social care.

To be eligible to apply for this vacancy you must have:

  1. A minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate degree or equivalent (60%+)
  2. Excellent written English skills
